Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the 911LOADS website, carrier application, driver portal, training, document, and back-office features.

Effective and last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using 911LOADS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, able to form a binding agreement, and authorized to act for any company or person whose information or documents you submit. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service provides

911LOADS provides tools for expedited-freight onboarding, relationship management, document handling, training, readiness, dispatch support, facility coordination, arrival visibility, and operational records. A launch-plan page may describe proposed free or paid limits, but no subscription, price, entitlement, or payment obligation begins until clearly presented and accepted in a separate checkout or written agreement. Website access or an application does not guarantee approval, loads, rates, revenue, payment, insurance, legal compliance, or dispatch. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, using this site alone does not create a broker-carrier, shipper-carrier, agency, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship.

3. Not an emergency service

Despite the 911LOADS name, this is not a public emergency-response service and is not affiliated with 911 dispatch, police, fire, or emergency medical services. For danger, injury, crime, or an actual emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service first.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for access to your Google or other identity-provider account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. Do not share sessions, bypass access controls, misrepresent identity, or attempt to reach another user’s records. We may require re-verification, revoke sessions, limit access, or suspend an account to protect people, cargo, data, or systems.

5. Accurate and authorized information

You must provide current, complete, and truthful information. You represent that you have the right to upload each document or submit each facility, schedule, dock, credential, equipment, or inspection record and that doing so does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, or legal duties. Public-source facility research must comply with applicable law, source terms, and access controls; do not bypass restrictions or collect private personal data. You must correct inaccurate, expired, incomplete, or misleading records promptly and retain originals when required.

6. Transportation and compliance responsibility

Carriers, drivers, brokers, shippers, employers, contractors, and other regulated parties remain responsible for their own operating authority, insurance, licensing, safety, hours of service, drug-and-alcohol requirements, vehicle and trailer condition, cargo securement, taxes, contracts, and legal compliance. TWIC, Hazmat, equipment, and inspection information supplied by a driver is self-reported until verified. Missing, failed, expired, rejected, or unapproved required power-unit or trailer inspection records block expedited readiness in the service, but a system status is not legal advice, a safety certification, or governmental approval.

7. Location and arrival coordination

A driver controls whether to share precise location for an active scheduled stop. Sharing requires device permission, may be stopped at any time, and expires automatically. Authorized facility users must protect their time-limited arrival links, use location only to coordinate the relevant freight arrival, and update dock readiness, door, and instructions accurately. Arrival predictions, facility wait information, and detention calculations are operational estimates or records and do not replace the controlling transportation contract.

8. Automated assistance

Automated systems may classify or extract document information, compare records, calculate operational time, flag risks, and suggest workflow actions. Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Authorized reviewers make final material decisions, and users must independently verify information that affects safety, compliance, payment, legal rights, or dispatch.

9. Acceptable use

You may not upload malware; submit fraudulent, stolen, altered, or unlawfully obtained material; scrape or overload the service; probe for vulnerabilities; reverse engineer protected features; impersonate another person; share a secure arrival link with an unauthorized party; track a driver for an unrelated purpose; interfere with records; or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or unsafe conduct. Suspected malicious files may be quarantined, blocked, and deleted.

10. Third-party services

The service may depend on identity, hosting, storage, communications, mapping, security, or other providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We are not responsible for an external service outside our control, but we select and configure providers with the sensitivity of the workflow in mind.

11. Content and feedback

You keep ownership of material you lawfully submit. You grant 911LOADS a limited license to host, copy, secure, analyze, process, and share it only as needed to provide, protect, and administer the service and related authorized operations. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, but it does not grant us ownership of your confidential records.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for security risk, suspected fraud, legal requirements, material breach, nonpayment under a separate agreement, or conduct that may harm people, cargo, customers, providers, or systems. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, retention, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the website and portal are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, 911LOADS and its personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services arising from site use. Any separate signed transportation or commercial agreement controls liability for work performed under that agreement. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes may also be communicated through an account channel. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable United States law governs, subject to mandatory law and any controlling written agreement. Questions may be sent to 911loadz@gmail.com.
